Tsuji joined GENKAI Capital Management in July 2024 and in responsible for acquisitions. Before joining GENKAI Capital Management, he was engaged in acquisitions for J-REITs and private REITs at TLC REIT Management Inc. from 2020 to 2024 during which he was temporarily transferred to Tokyu Land Capital Management Inc. and engaged in management of development-type infrastructure fund. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, he worked at KENEDIX Property Management, Inc. where he was responsible for property management of office properties owned by J-REIT. Prior to that, he worked at Nomura Real Estate Urban Net Co., Ltd. in 2009 as a new graduate, and was engaged in brokerage service of various types of real estate for both corporate and individual clients.
