プロジェクト概要

高齢化による離農が進む当地域において、法人として意欲ある若手農業者を雇用して地域農業の維持、活性化に貢献するとともに、大規模化・効率化を通じた新たな農業経営の成功モデルを目指すというプロジェクトです。中期的には、主力のお米のブランド化や周辺農家とのネットワーク構築を通じた自己完結型の農業経営を行い、自社の収益性を向上させるとともに、周辺農家の事業継続を支援して地域農業を活性化することを目指しています。

・地元支援者との連携による販路拡大・商品開発支援
・その他企業力向上のための各種体制整備・構築の支援

Project Background

This project aims to contribute to revitalization of local agriculture by employing young farmers with motivation in a region where the aging of the population has led to the decrease in agriculture, and to create a successful model for new agricultural management by increasing the scale and efficiency of farming. In the medium-term, we aim to revitalize local agriculture by branding the main product, rice, and build a network with neighboring farmers to create a self-sufficient agricultural business, improving the profitability and helping them to continue their business.

当社は会社の設立、財務政策支援、ファイナンス管理や地元連携支援などを通じてまじめに農業をする従業員の安定的収入の確保と企業として長期安定経営ができるよう、下記支援を行っています。

・経営企画・管理の支援
・外部ファイナンス支援
・地元支援者との連携による販路拡大・商品開発支援
・その他企業力向上のための各種体制整備・構築の支援

Our Role

We provided the following support in order to establish companies, manage finance, and form local alliances to ensure stable income for the employees in the long-term:

- financial support through investment and loans
- corporate planning and management support
- external finance support
- support for sales channel expansion and product development through collaboration with local supporters
- support for developing and establishing various other systems to improve the corporate strength
