Yoshino joined GENKAI Capital Management in April 2024 and is in charge of general administration of the company. Before joining GENKAI Capital Management, he worked as area manager, sales office manager and manager of general affairs department at Standard Individualized Education Co., Ltd. Prior to that he worked at BC Ings Co., Ltd. where he was engaged in operation and management of classrooms for the cram school. Prior to that he worked at Yoshimoto Staff Management Co., Ltd. as assistant director.
