Yaguchi joined GENKAI Capital Management in June 2024 and is responsible for legal and compliance matters of the company. Before joining GENKAI Capital Management, he worked at Shinoken Asset Management where he was engaged in management of private REITs and establishment of internal control as director and compliance officer. Prior to that from 1990 to 2021, he worked at Nishi-Nippon City Bank and was engaged in corporate business and branch office management as well as corporate planning and unification of the bank-wide compliance measures at its head office.
